Doodle Diary

I worked a bit in Dawn's wonderful Doodle Diary, below are pages in progress with a few comments. I've snuck them into my busy schedule as they are so much fun to play with. I highly recommend this journal, especially if you are new to doodling. Enjoy!

Summer Abundance Upclose

This is the 1st year we are getting more than a fig or two. I'd love to know, how to use them. Do you have a favorite fig recipe? Thanks, enjoy!

Hand painted wood grain

Long day but, Finally, have the wood grain pattern blocked in. I am going to whiten the center piece's background. Then, finished the edges of the two doors. Finally, compare & paint any touch up needed.

Painted wood design on larger cabinet, then primed both cabinets. It didn't seem to take to long, but I'm very tired so early to sleep.
