I joined Facebook to catch up with friends & family who live far away, take a couple of courses & make new friends, to support & encourage fellow artists. Also, i looked for the support, i needed to get through some pretty tough times & people were immensely kind.
Well, I'm not savvy with social media so I have not policed my Facebook page. If there was negative, I'd ignore it, hoping things would improve for whoever was having troubles. We all, have good times & bad. My Facebook page seems to have become a sales room or a soapbox, Yikes, not my intention! There are people on my page, I've never seen before, Double Yikes!! If I've learned 1 thing, if you are part of something, then you need to pay attention to it.
This is me paying attention. Those of you who have been so kind & supportive, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you have been offended by anything on my Facebook page, I'm sorry.
Right now, I need to focus on Art, Moby & myself, we've been shaken hard this year & still have a lot on our plate. I'm taking a break from Facebook, I will deactivate my Facebook page later today. Hopefully, just a summer break, but who knows.
