My True Bloom Paintings, Sunday, 2-26-12
My Bloom True Paintings - Sunday, 2-26-12
Paintings always ebb & flow like the tide, sometimes there is more work & sometimes minimal work to do on a painting. Sometimes, I love a painting, hate it or am mediocre about the painting. Life has been quite busy the last 2 weeks(that's another blog post still to come) so last Thursday was catch up painting day. I tried to photo every stage for each painting, but somehow I'm missing the white & black photos for my 1st painting. I've put together collages for each painting to avoid a really long, confusing post. It's been a wild, fun, wonderful ride & we've just finished week 3. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask & I would highly recommend Flora's painting course to anyone.

Precious Heart Stones, Happy Valentine's Day
These precious Heart Stones sit on our backsplash right above the stove, a spot we see everyday. The Heart Stone on the right, my dear, sweet husband found me at the farms. On a later visit, I found the other Heart Stone, which I gave to Art, at the farms on a different path.
Amazing, how God put the perfect symbol of us & our love to find on two separate paths. Maybe not so amazing, maybe synchronicity, still they are special to us.

Running Around & Crazy Weather Day
Moby & I were all over the place today along with crazy weather. 1st a stunning sunrise, but realized the Quince or plum blossoms didn't make it through the below freezing weather.
Off to yoga & stopped at the lake for a quick Moby walk, naturally I wore my new boots which I love;D. Jessica Swift designed them & they are very well made, I think they have a life of their own.
The kicker today, is the hugh snow flakes, I mean big, 1/2 dollar size. Yes, they are snow flakes, not feathers, I checked. Only lasting all of 5 minutes, but so incredibly beautiful, Hollywood has to be In town.
While running around in awe of the snow flakes, I found my daffodils survived the cold. These are for you folks up north in real snow, enjoy!
